We booked brand-new deluxe room with a jacuzzi and could use room service, available in it. The staff were very friendly and amicable and had a sense of humour.

Every time in Punta Cana we stay in this hotel. It is a fabulous base for one night. The staff are kind and the room is spacious with a jacuzzi. An à la carte restaurant serves good food.

We had a fantastic stay with the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire area was exceptional. We were impressed with the variety of hotel facilities, including the multiple pools, the spacious gym area, and the great sports bar. The hotel's location close to the beach was very convenient, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site Mexican restaurant.

location: the hotel was short walk to cca 10 a la carte restaurants included in the all inclusive package as well as grand palladium punta cana. the food at the a la carte restaurant was tasty.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

The pools were refreshing, and the bartenders made delicious drinks. The restaurant options were amazing, especially El Dorado and Sumptuori. The clean and spacious rooms made our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation.

This hotel was easy base for exploring Punta Cana, loved it. The room was brand-new and spotless, with a lot of attention to detail. The staff was affable and very kind all the time. The airport was 16 miles away.
